As Tidal Basin’s Director of Capture, John Bumgarner is responsible for ascertaining business pursuits and providing the leadership, coordination, resource allocation, and strategy needed to prepare winning bids.
John has over 16 years of experience in civil engineering and utility construction. Prior to joining Tidal Basin, he served as Area Manager at Faulconer Construction and Director of Capture, Pricing and Strategy at DBI Services.
John received his bachelor’s degree in construction management from Western Carolina University.
