Lori is responsible for developing and executing a human resource strategy supporting the company’s overall business plan and strategic direction. She is a leader of strategy and people functions and has demonstrated proficiency in collaborating with people at all levels. She is skilled in leadership coaching and development, performance management, benefits administration, employee relations, and policy administration
Lori is a member of the National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and its Mohawk Valley New York chapter, is a graduate of Leadership Mohawk Valley, and holds training certificates from the Disney Institute in the areas of Selection, Training and Engagement; Approach to Business Excellence and Customer Service.
