
Joel Richardson is the Senior Director of Digital Marketing for Michael Baker International’s MER3 (Mitigation, Environmental, Response, Recovery & Resiliency) business vertical, which unites Tidal Basin Group, MLU Services, and Michael Baker’s EMR (Emergency Management & Response) team.
With 12 years of professional and digital marketing experience, Joel brings a unique skill set to our company. His knowledge of go-to-market strategy, paid advertising, and content marketing will help build and nurture our digital presence to support our corporate growth initiatives, projects, and programs.
Before joining us, Joel developed and managed a marketing team and led content and digital marketing efforts for an online donation tool developer for non-profit organizations. Before that, he worked with a DC-based industry association, leading its digital marketing programs.
