
Betsy Bell is the Executive Assistant to the President for Michael Baker International and CEO of Tidal Basin Group and MLU Services. She is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO and executive team. She also serves as the Office Manager for Tidal Basin’s Alexandria, VA location and is responsible for office administration and logistics.
Betsy joined Tidal Basin in 2018 and has over 30 years of experience in administrative support. Before joining Tidal Basin, she spent 17 years supporting a Maryland-based venture capital firm and four of its eight general partners.
In addition to Betsy’s primary functions, she has been boots on the ground, supporting some of our nation’s largest disasters and crises, including Florida’s COVID-19 vaccine program and the Hurricane Ian and Hawaii’s Maui wildfire response emergency operations stand-ups.
