
Frances Chavez Piñero
Director of Corporate Development, Puerto Rico
Frances Chavez serves as our Director of Corporate Development for our Puerto Rico operations. She is also an experienced Project Manager and Civil Engineer. Since joining Tidal Basin Caribe, Frances has been instrumental in establishing critical processes and workflows in connection with several housing programs administered by Tidal Basin in the Caribbean. Frances is also responsible for partnership development for Puerto Rico and the USVI and works closely with the various business units within Tidal Basin to identify teaming partners and critical staff for major pursuits within the region.
Frances’ background is primarily one of Construction Management, with experience in successfully managing projects from initial development to completion.
Frances is fluent in both English and Spanish.
