Sarah Lamberti is the Senior Director of Non-Federal Proposals for Tidal Basin. She leads the proposal operations and helps the company and its business units achieve growth goals. Sarah manages the proposal pipeline and collaborates with business unit leaders and the business development team to ensure the timely development of responses to RFPs and other procurements.
She and the entire proposal team work in concert to ensure that the proposals submitted by Tidal Basin are well-coordinated, well-written, and of the highest standard of quality.
Sarah has over a decade of international and domestic experience in proposal development and collaborating with capture teams. Before her role at Tidal Basin, Sarah served in various leadership roles for International Game Technology (IGT), including, Director of Content, Director of Proposal Development, Strategy and Quality, and Senior Manager of Bid Management.
