Curt Russell

Curt Russell is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Tidal Basin Group. Curt is a seasoned executive leader with over 20 years of experience and a profound understanding of strategy, finance, and operations. With an impressive tenure across commercial and federal business models, Curt demonstrates proficiency in leading cross-functional projects, constructing clear and actionable plans, and fostering strong team cultures.  

Before joining Tidal Basin, he was Americas Head of Business Finance at Ramboll, where he spearheaded the development of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Project Controlling teams. His strong financial acumen and leadership skills have been essential in consolidating finance teams from legacy acquisitions and establishing robust stakeholder support within the business. 

Previously, Curt held notable roles at Accenture, Accenture Federal Services, and Defense Point Security, a subsidiary of Accenture Federal Services. His exceptional accomplishments include directing the daily business operations of two large-scale business units, successfully completing the sale and integration of several material acquisitions, and contributing to new business wins that repositioned the business growth. 

Curt’s educational background is in finance, having received his MBA and a Bachelor of Science from Tennessee Technological University. He has also completed the Contracting with the Federal Government Certificate Program from George Mason University and intensive executive presentation skills training.
