Anne Roe, an experienced technology leader and Scrum expert, has joined us as Sr. Director of Software Development, 3rd Party Applications, and Reporting. Anne brings an extensive background in managing multi-discipline technical teams and successfully driving growth initiatives. Known for delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality products, Anne is set to be a significant asset to our organization. Anne’s impressive trajectory includes past roles such as Senior Systems Program Manager and Director at industry-leading financial technology companies, where she excelled in implementing Agile methodologies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
We also warmly welcome Christopher Checca as Tidal Basin’s new Senior Director of Network, Infrastructure, and Security. Christopher is an accomplished IT Director with over 20 years of systems administration and 15 years of management expertise. Christopher is renowned for his innovation, results-driven leadership, and delivering cost-effective IT solutions. His proven record in security, compliance, and cloud strategy is unmatched. In his latest role before joining Tidal Basin, Christopher led cybersecurity and regulatory compliance across 80+ locations, developing a cloud-based infrastructure that supported business growth while ensuring compliance. Prior to that role, he transformed 129 location national freight transportation company by streamlining operations, reducing billing cycles, and cutting costs through innovative IT solutions.
His ability to manage multi-million-dollar projects, including data centers, cloud strategies, and infrastructure migrations, combined with his strategic thinking, attention to detail, and proven track record in driving IT excellence brings next-level expertise to our team and the clients we serve. Christopher proudly stated: “I am thrilled to be joining the Tidal Basin family.
