Sarah Lamberti joins the Tidal Basin team as Senior Director of Proposals. In her role, she will lead the proposal organization, helping the company and its business units achieve their growth goals. Sarah will manage the opportunity pipeline and collaborate with business unit leaders and the business development team to ensure the timely development of responses to RFPs and other procurements.
Sarah has more than a decade of international and domestic experience in proposal development and collaborating with capture teams. Prior to her role at Tidal Basin, Sarah served in various leadership roles for International Game Technology (IGT), including, Director of Content, Director of Proposal Development, Strategy and Quality and Senior Manager of Bid Management.
