Regional Debris Specialist

The Regional Debris Specialist works at the direction of the Debris Program Manager.  The right person for this role is knowledgeable about eligibility and special conditions in the Public Assistance Category A Debris Removal Program, is able to manage clients and contract growth, and oversee debris management and monitoring projects. Additionally, this position may require extensive travel and/or deployments, particularly during (but not limited to) hurricane season.

To qualify for this role, you need to have a high school diploma or GED. Along with seven or more years of Debris Operations Leadership and Project Management background supporting multiple debris projects. PMP or other project/business management certifications not required but encouraged. Conversely, the minimum required training is the following: IS-100, IS-200, IS-632.a, IS-633, IS-634, IS-700, and IS-800.
