About the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM) Region 9 Symposium

The International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM) Region 9 Symposium is set to take place on August 12-13, 2025, at the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaii in Honolulu. Under the theme “Adaptation and Innovation: Shaping the Future of Emergency Management in Region 9,” this event will bring together professionals to explore critical regional and national topics shaping the future of emergency management.

Attendees can also take part in an opening night networking event on August 11, fostering connections in a relaxed setting. The IAEM Certification Exam will be on August 14 as a post-event add-on. This symposium offers a unique opportunity to gather in beautiful Honolulu for a gathering of emergency management leaders.
