Multi-Tiered Support

TB Technologies offers a multi-tiered, scalable, and customized help desk support solution based on the specific needs of the stakeholder.  Support can include one or many tiers as required to enhance the user experience within a company and can be in person or remote TB Technologies will provide the best, scalable, and customizable tiered solution to all our stakeholders across multiple markets and service lines.

Tier I support may include basic support such as a providing tips to solve a problem in the form of an FAQ or knowledge base system. We customize this tier based on the stakeholder’s needs.

Tier II support may involve more technical knowledge of a product and is supported by experts in a specific field, while Tier III involves a senior technologist with specific knowledge.
