Tier I support may include basic support such as a providing tips to solve a problem in the form of an FAQ or knowledge base system. We customize this tier based on the stakeholder’s needs.
Tier II support may involve more technical knowledge of a product and is supported by experts in a specific field, while Tier III involves a senior technologist with specific knowledge.
