
Diana Kennedy is the Assistant Vice President of Phoenix OneCase where she oversees software development, help-desk support services, third-party applications, business applications & reporting.
Diana joined RPHC from a geotechnical specialist contracting firm where she worked as an IT Manager of Enterprise Applications, most recently leading multiple development projects in support of a global construction company. Previously, she held a senior management position with the B2B and global IT unit of an international jewelry manufacturing company. She has prior experience as an IT project manager and business analyst, a software engineer, and a business development manager.
She has a Masters in Technology and a Bachelors in International Business Relations. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and the recipient of the 2015 Microsoft Visionary Award for Customer Engagement.
