On August 24th, 20 project managers and directors met at our Corporate Offices in Utica, New York, for a two-day inaugural project management (PM) training. Led by the Project Management Office’s Amy Baker, Jorge Cadiz, Laura DeLoach, Frank Sardelli, and Charles Young, the course provided participants with PM resources and support within Tidal Basin.
Corporate leadership welcomed the class with remarks by Ron Cuccaro, Chairman of the Board; Dan Craig, CEO; and Steve Surace, President. This investment in our people highlights Tidal Basin’s corporate commitment to the professional growth of our staff as well as exceptional service to our clients.
“We strive to give our staff access to the best training available and help them navigate the organization, unlocking the resources and expertise Tidal Basin has to offer,” said Amy Baker, Senior Vice President, Project Management Office at Tidal Basin.
Among other topics, the training covered project planning, initiation, closeout, quality monitoring, negotiations, legal and contracts. Future trainings are planned for September and November, of this year and in January 2023. All of these trainings will be held in our Utica offices.
