QA/QC Technical Reviewer- Electrical
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA/QC Technical Reviewer – Electrical. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services by implementing and maintaining our quality systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with quality assurance and inspection, as well as knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
The QA/QC Technical Reviewer – Electrical plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of electrical plans for construction projects within the district. They conduct detailed technical reviews of proposed electrical plans and specifications submitted by various stakeholders, including district personnel, consultant staff, architects, and engineers. The reviewer provides valuable feedback on adherence to District standards, the quality of electrical design documentation, coordination with other disciplines, and addresses any technical issues that may arise.
Additionally, the QA/QC Technical Reviewer collaborates with other units within the Design and A/E Technical Support departments and liaises with different District organizations to streamline activities and promote cohesive project outcomes. In fulfilling their responsibilities, they remain flexible to undertake other assigned duties that contribute to the overall success of construction initiatives within the District.

Mechanical Engineer (Federal – FEMA PA TAC)
Tidal Basin is expanding our Federal Disaster Recovery Cadre. This Cadre is composed of dedicated individuals who wish to help communities in their time of need and help them rebuild following natural or man-made disasters. We are part of a larger team of Technical Assistance Contractors (TAC) who deploy alongside the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to provide technical assistance to FEMA for the delivery of the FEMA Public Assistance (PA) Program, which assists State, Local, Tribal, and some Private Non-Profits recover and rebuild following a natural or man-made disaster.
This position is expected to be forward deployed to the site of natural or man-made disasters but may also require work from your Residence of Record (RoR), hotel room, FEMA’s Regional Offices, FEMA Headquarters, or other facilities.
This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain/maintain/transfer a DHS/FEMA Clearance and badge.
