About the IAEM Annual Conference and EMEX

Join the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM) 73rd Annual Conference & EMEX, the premier gathering for emergency management professionals worldwide. This year’s event takes place November 14-20, 2025.

Before the main conference, the IAEM-USA Universities & Colleges Caucus (UCC) brings together representatives from public and private institutions across college/university settings to explore best practices, lessons learned, emerging trends, and partnership opportunities.

The IAEM‑USA Universities & Colleges Caucus (UCC) is holding its annual practitioner event in Louisville, Kentucky. The program includes a one-day Bootcamp on November 14, 2025, followed by a two-day full Symposium on November 15-16, 2025.
