Before the main conference, the IAEM-USA Universities & Colleges Caucus (UCC) brings together representatives from public and private institutions across college/university settings to explore best practices, lessons learned, emerging trends, and partnership opportunities.

Universities & Colleges Caucus (UCC) of IAEM
Emergency Management National Symposium
Dates: November 14 – 16, 2025
The IAEM‑USA Universities & Colleges Caucus (UCC) is holding its annual practitioner event in Louisville, Kentucky. The program includes a one-day Bootcamp on November 14, 2025, followed by a two-day full Symposium on November 15-16, 2025.
UCC Chair’s Reception
Tidal Basin is proud to sponsor and host the UCC Chair’s Reception at Patrick O’Shea’s on Saturday, November 14 at 6 pm. This event provides an opportunity for attendees to connect in a relaxed setting, exchange ideas, and strengthen partnerships before the start of the main symposium sessions.
