The Capture Manager assesses the opportunity, identifies the resources needed to pursue an opportunity, builds relationships with key partners, develops winning bid strategies, pricing, teaming and proposal strategy.

Your work will directly impact our ability to grow our state and local business and expand our offerings into existing and new markets and practice areas. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience leading State and Local Capture and have a working knowledge of CRM software. Electrical Engineer (Federal – FEMA PA TAC)

Tidal Basin is expanding our Federal Disaster Recovery Cadre. This Cadre is composed of dedicated individuals who wish to help communities in their time of need and help them rebuild following natural or man-made disasters.  We are part of a larger team of Technical Assistance Contractors (TAC) who deploy alongside the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to provide technical assistance to FEMA for the delivery of the FEMA Public Assistance (PA) Program, which assists State, Local, Tribal, and some Private Non-Profits recover and rebuild following a natural or man-made disaster.    

This position is expected to be forward deployed to the site of natural or man-made disasters but may also require work from your Residence of Record (RoR), hotel room, FEMA’s Regional Offices, FEMA Headquarters, or other facilities, dependent on the needs and requirements of the contract.
