About The 2024 Alaska DHS&EM Emergency Management Conference

Hosted by the Alaska Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (DHS&EM), the 2024 Emergency Management Conference in Anchorage, AK, is an opportunity to network and learn from seasoned emergency preparedness and response professionals.

Alaska DHS&EM collaborates with other state agencies, the federal government, local emergency management coordinators, and first responders to improve communication and coordination to continuously better its state’s disaster response and post-disaster recovery efforts. This conference will highlight the need and benefits of these relationships. It will also provide a platform for experts from these different levels of emergency management to share their knowledge and experiences.

Who Should Attend

The Tidal Basin team will join state/national disaster response non-profits, government agencies, and partners from the emergency management community to focus on disaster prevention, protection, response, and recovery.

Public Assistance Technical Specialist
