Arthur Glickstein provides FEMA PA support to state agencies, municipalities, and non-profits and serves in the Planning Division on a debris removal project.
Before joining Tidal Basin, Mr. Glickstein worked for several years in the financial services industry where his responsibilities included generating reports related to assets under management and creating client-specific asset allocation models.
