We’re excited to welcome Craig Disselkamp as our new Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). Craig brings a wealth of experience, having over 11 years of demonstrated successful financial leadership at renowned financial and IT consulting firms like Accenture, AT&T, and E*Trade. Craig’s expertise is notably marked by his proficiency in creating detailed financial models that analyze profitability, maximize margins, and inform critical decision-making processes. His collaborative approach spans across various teams in accounting, product marketing, and operations, ensuring the seamless execution of business processes.
In previous roles, Craig’s comprehensive financial leadership included overseeing forecasting, expense reporting, and vital variance analysis. In one notable position, he managed the financial processes of three regions, generating over $150 million in annual revenue.
Craig’s ability to present thorough analysis results to management, collaborate with operations leadership, and influence pricing and promotional decisions underscores his dedication to driving impactful financial strategies. With his strong commitment to process integrity and a sharp eye on financial trends, Craig’s contributions will undoubtedly propel Tidal Basin Group towards greater success. Craig joins us with an impressive academic foundation, holding a master’s in business administration, with a specialization in corporate finance, from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, and a bachelor’s in economics from the University of Virginia.
