Mitigation Specialist
Tidal Basin is currently seeking candidates for the role of Mitigation Specialist for current and future mitigation projects, assisting client recovery from disasters. The ideal candidates will be dynamic mitigation professionals with a solid understanding of Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) programs including the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) and Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA) grants. This position requires technical assistance, analysis, monitoring, and policy interpretation in support of Federal and State grants management processes. Subject matter expertise in hazard mitigation and emerging trends in resiliency is required.

Public Assistance Technical Specialist
Tidal Basin has an opportunity for an experienced FEMA Public Assistance Technical Specialist. The selected candidate will deploy and work onsite at the client’s location providing assistance on FEMA’s Public Assistance (PA) program.
