The ideal candidates will be dynamic mitigation professionals with a solid understanding of Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) programs including the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) and Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA) grants. This position requires technical assistance, analysis, monitoring, and policy interpretation in support of Federal and State grants management processes. Subject matter expertise in hazard mitigation and emerging trends in resiliency is required.
