Tidal Basin recently announced the promotion of Antonian Liddell to Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO). Antonian will be responsible for information technology throughout Tidal Basin and Rising Phoenix, which includes the delivery of all strategic business IT and digital transformation initiatives and aligning the strategic direction of the security and technology practices with the organization.
Working closely with senior executives Antonian will translate their business strategies into IT roadmaps and set the prioritization of these initiatives. He oversees the resources and capabilities of the IT team, ensuring the organization maintains a robust and optimized IT environment for the company.

Antonian joined Tidal Basin as Assistant Vice President of Information Assurance and Technology in January 2022. In this role, he worked with the IT and the Business Applications teams to expand and grow the operations needed to support the various business units and support groups. He also led the expansion of a segregated security team to deliver the tools required to maintain a secure environment.
Before joining Tidal Basin, Antonian held several IT leadership roles, including Chief Technology Officer and Chief Cyber, Information Systems Security Engineer, and Information Security Officer for the federal government. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Columbia Union College and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from George Washington University. Antonian will be located out of the Alexandria, VA office.
