Michael J. Roberts serves as Senior Director of the Project Management Office & Associate Project Management Development Team for Tidal Basin Group. He coordinates and executes the training curriculum for all company staff. Michael is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with nearly two decades of experience managing projects of all sizes and scopes, including continuity/emergency planning, training, exercises, and disaster recovery, supporting public and private sector clients and stakeholders nationwide to enhance their emergency management programs.
After earning a master’s degree in climatology and disaster science and management, Michael gained experience in every phase of emergency management. He launched his career as Training and Exercise Director for Homeland Security, and now coordinates with company executives to deliver industry-leading training to all staff members, improving administrative efficiency and project execution at Tidal Basin.
Michael is an award-winning emergency management education program developer and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Tidal Basin and our clients.
