
Laura deLoach is the Vice President and Senior Director of Resource Management for Michael Baker International’s MER3 (Mitigation, Environmental, Response, Recovery & Resiliency) business vertical, which unites Tidal Basin Group, MLU Services, and Michael Baker’s EMR (Emergency Management & Response) team. She brings more than 24 years of experience in emergency management and resource management to the MER3 operations team. She previously served as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), overseeing human resources, recruitment, training, logistics, and travel prior to the merger with Michael Baker, and as the Director of Grants Management and Project Manager during her tenure at Tidal Basin. Her areas of expertise include governmental accounting, budgeting, procurement, contract management, and compliance.
