Please join us in welcoming Heather Stickler, PMP to the Tidal Basin team as the Vice President of Marketing, where she will oversee marketing, communications, and proposals.
Heather joins us with a wealth of experience within the disaster recovery, emergency management, and engineering industries. Mrs. Stickler comes to RPHC from a leading crisis and emergency management firm where she served as the Vice President of Marketing, building an organization that supported and executed the strategic objectives for lead generation, brand awareness, and thought leadership. Under her tenure, she designed and implemented marketing programs that enhanced the capture initiatives and strategic growth campaigns through digital and traditional communications, public relations and media, conferences, and key stakeholder relationships. She also held similar positions at well-known national and international engineering firms.
Heather has a B.S. in Business Management and holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP). She lives in Maryland and will be working out of our Alexandria, VA office.
