Assistant Vice President, Response & Recovery
Mario Sinatra, Jr., is an Assistant Vice President in support of Tidal Basin’s Public Assistance and Recovery team and our disaster consulting projects.
Before joining Tidal Basin, Mario was an independent consultant who served most recently as Regional Liaison for Southern California’s COVID-19 response. Prior to that, he was a New Jersey State Police Officer for 25 years. While with the police force, he served as Captain and in various capacities with the New Jersey Office of Emergency Management (NJOEM), including roles as NJOEM Executive Officer, Recovery Bureau Chief, and Emergency Response Assistant Bureau Chief.
Mario is a Certified Emergency Manager and has completed numerous training programs through FEMA, DHS, and Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX). He has received the New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness Certificate of Achievement Preparedness Award and the Attorney General’s Multi-Agency Coordination/Investigation Award.
