Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Antonian Liddell, CCISO, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, is Tidal Basin’s Vice President and Chief Information Officer.
Antonian joined Tidal Basin from supporting the United States Space Force and a research and development company that supports clients in the Intelligence and Department of Defense sectors. While there he served as Chief Information Security Officer and Information Systems Security Manager. He previously served as Chief Technology Officer of the Department of Interior’s Chief Information Technology Branch and as Chief Cyber/Information Systems Security Engineer with the Department of Labor. He has also supported various corporations through FEMA contracts with physical security intelligence as a Senior Security Analyst.
He holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering, a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems with a Minor in Security Resource Management, with various certifications including Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO), Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), and Certified Ethical Hacker.
